Sr Manager - Event Management - TV

We are looking for creative people who can ideate and create and manage events for one of the leading MNC General Entertainment Channel.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for creating an events pipeline for Channel

- Ideate and plan events for the channel

- Oversee the projects in terms of budget, production, logistics, team management etc.

- Work closely with the Programming, Production, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the events synergize with the channel properties and philosophies

- Train and guide the team to effectively handle projects.

- Smooth execution of existing event

- Come up with 2-3 more events for the channel

- Adhere to budgets

- Quality of people in the team

Eligibility Criteria:-

Graduate with a diploma in event management

- 12-14 years of experience

- The role requires high execution orientation, quick thinking and implementation.

- The incumbent should be comfortable with a lot of action and should have the ability to handle multiple issues/

activities

- The incumbent should have handled all aspects of events right from production to budgets to team management.

- High energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders

- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

- Eye for detail and a sense of good creativity
