Sr Manager - Environment Management - Mfg

- Exposure to asset / plant level environment management issues both during the construction and operation phase.

- Good understanding of the regulatory permit application and approval process by the SPCB. Good working knowledge on Environment Management System and data monitoring and reporting.

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi for carrying out project / field level training

- Proactive with thorough understanding and strong commitment for HSE culture and ability to influence others

- Working knowledge of the production process and the key potential environment risks and liabilities of the asset operation / project construction

- Understanding and implementing Environmental Management Programs (EMP's)

- Environmental regulations and their operational requirements

- Environment Management System and Standards such as ISO 14001

- Reviewing Annual project / Asset HSE plan and preparing environment budgets for approvals

- Conduct regular site inspections at project construction sites / production & drilling sites and identify areas / issues of non-compliance to the intent of the regulatory requirements / CIL HSES management system.
