Industry Exposure- Relevant experience in HR with focus on Employee relations with Big Manufacturing Plants over 1200-1500 Cr turnover.

Qualification: MBA/MPM from Reputed Institute

Reporting to: General Manager (Individual contributor role)

Profile:

- Employee Relations will be responsible for providing leadership to Employee Relations of company's businesses in India.

- Should have expertise in designing Labour Productivity

- To develop company's capability to respond progressively to emerging ER requirements by establishing governance methods, grievance process, training and communication to line managers

- To partner with legal to develop legal strategy on key ER issues proactively to ensure legal safety of the company. To also develop labour compliance process and ensure its execution through Business HR

- To collaborate with business and functions of Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal, Global security to define cross functional initiatives and partner with them to achieve success

- To partner with Business HR in establishing company right on management of its resources proactively

- To lead development of proactive Employee Relations strategy in collaboration with Business HR Head and Business leaders integration and acceleration project milestones are delivered.

- To develop mitigation strategies, stakeholder management plan and ensure execution of the approved strategy to achieve business results

Key competency reqt:

- Significant capabilities in developing and implementing ER strategy aligned with business objectives. Helping the business make right decisions by aligning people strategies and business strategies.

- Able to act as the face of HR to the business across multiple HR disciplines and major segment of business.

- Proactively identify and address issues in the business landscape that have employee relations issues.

- Collaborate effectively with BHR Directors and other functions in development and implementation of HR strategies
