About Our Client

Our client is a leading global investment bank. They have operations in over 25 countries across the word, and are known for their aggressive growth and great employee work culture. They have a captive set-up in India which supports their global business. They are looking for a Senior Manager Direct Tax as part of their set-up in Delhi NCR

Job Description

Reporting to the VP Tax, you will be responsible for

- Assist in the strategic financial planning for the organization

- Responsible for overall tax accounting

- Calculation and preparation for corporate tax returns

- Preparation of Transfer Pricing schedules for corporate tax returns

- Preparing GST as per local tax laws

The Successful Applicant

You are a CA 2005-2008 with minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience. Prior work experience within the direct tax space is required. You will also have exposure to international tax in addition to strong technical knowledge. Team management experience is preferred.
