About Our Client

Our client is a leading re-insurance player in the global market. They have operations across 20 countries in the world and have their captive unit here in Delhi NCR. They are looking for Sr. Manager Tax for their corporate tax team of their India and Singapore business.

Job Description

Reporting to an AVP you will be responsible for

- Manage the India tax compliance piece

- Manage the corporate tax audits

- Review the corporate tax returns for the India BU

- Manage the Singapore tax compliance piece

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a CA 2003 to 2006 with prior experience of working in Direct tax function at an MNC in any industry or Big 4. You have strong understanding of the Indian corporate tax matters including compliance, advisory, filling and litigation. You will have understanding of how Tax is computed in IGAAP and IFRS. You are open to joining a KPO/Captive unit of a MNC.
