Job Description:

- Should have experience in handling Telecom and other Accounts for Value Added Services for various services offered and new product launch.

- Assisting in planning of various marketing activities according to the organization's forecasted plan and devising strategies to execute the plans.

- Developing marketing collaterals & advertisements as per the marketing plan of the organization including planning of penetration strategies for competitive markets.

- Supervise and expand business by regular promotions to increase business through electronic media and other promotional channels to localize the services/products.

- Tuning the campaigns as and when required and coming up with new strategies for campaigns.

- Managing the brand's digital presence across networks, right from planning, ideation to execution of the plan.

- Content management and feature enhancement of digital products and consistently increasing the traffic to the portal using SEO, SEM and email marketing.

- Identifying methods to attract more customers using mobile apps/ and web portals and increase in mobile app downloads.

- Should work as SPOC between clients, company and channel partners for all Business Support, Technical and Operational related responsibilities.

- Collating and evaluating technical issues and interaction with internal stakeholders, support and engineering teams for service/product related resolution.

- Mentoring, training and improving customer satisfaction by imparting regular training to Customer Centers, Channel Partners on various products/services to enhance revenue from these channels and ensure better assistance and support to customers.

- Use internal and external analytics tools to evaluate product performance.

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 8,00,000/- P.A.
