Job opportunity for position of Sr. Manager/DGM (Group Level Role) - Organization Effectiveness (Group Level Role) with a leading Indian Conglomerate based in Mumbai

Reporting To: Vice President HR

Experience: 6-15 years

Qualification: Mandatory Full time MBA OR MA in HR

Job Description:

- Accelerate the delivery of the diversity agenda of the Group by focusing on 3 key areas - Gender, Generation & Cultural diversity

- Leverage Employee Engagement & Wellness as a tool to enhance personal productivity

- Build the next generation organization by engaging in cutting edge research and benchmarking to be ahead of the curve in organizational effectiveness practices globally.

- Research on compliance related areas and creating policies on statutory compliances like - New act on Whistle Blower, Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Code of conduct.
