10-18 years of experience in BFSI especially mutual fund/ Asset Management  - Should have Registrar & Transfer Agency experience in Mutual Fund industry (domestic or international)   - Experience in BPOs handling non-voice processes or Asset Management companies desirable.  - Minimum of 12 years’ experience in financial operations management   - Minimum Graduate. A management degree will be an added advantage.  - This role is purely operations role involving Client relationship management & involve leading huge teams & thus leadership traits & team management skills would be essential  Responsible for l transaction:  - Would head processes   - Drive the team & ensure all the operations happen as per SOP, SLA & TAT without any error.  - Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.  - Responsible for managing the entire team & ensure training for them  - Ensure timely & proper response to all the investors of the Client companies.  - Provide required reports & inputs to senior management  - Responsible for processing Mutual Fund operations Assets Under Management  - Responsible to monitor the Data Processing Team processing 5000 transactions per day which include receiving, executing, recording instructions like new purchases, additional purchases, redemptions from various channels and resolving customer complaints/ queries  - Responsible for all MIS reporting, bank payouts, brokerage, DEMAT & channel transactions  - Preparation and analysing the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SLA & CTQs   - Taking part in set-up operations with New Fund Offers (NFOs)
