POSITION – Business Unit HR Head (Generalist HR position- Sr.Manager/DGM).. Experience – 10-16 yrs

Location : Pune and Bangalore

- Should be strong in end to end HR process..

- Good pedigree

- Good Experience in IT/ITES Industry is a must..

Role Summary

- This person will lead the site/Business Unit HR.. will provide HR solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.

- The position will consults on HR Projects and solutions within applicable HR Policies, Processes & Programs to resolve issues on a variety of people and HR program related topics.

- The position will also take lead responsibility for the complex investigations, represents the HR Operations perspective on regional & global project teams & process improvement initiatives, HR Projects and may serve as a mentor to less experienced HR Connect Consultants.
