Key Deliverables:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Managing end to end lifecycle of Talent Acquisition right from the stage of manpower planning including budgeting, on-boarding till managing initial experience of new joiners; providing leadership to the talent acquisition team; delivering on key organizational metrics including cost per hire, time to fill and quality of hire.
- Partnering with business and HR leaders to develop results-driven staffing systems that meet current & future needs of the organisation and for driving talent diversity; embedding processes, tools, and systems within the business in order to improve the hiring process.
- Managing entire process of Talent Management involving identification of critical role, succession planning, assessment / development centers, IDP governance, career stagnation, etc. aimed at nurturing talent amidst fast changing telecom landscape and market realities.
Performance Management:
- Developing & administering end to end performance management programs from the stage of goal setting to performance improvement process; utilising BSC and HR Score Card for goal setting & relative performance measurement.
- Partnering with business for improving quality of managerial feedback, process effectiveness and customer experience vis-a-vis PMS; managing Performance Improvement and PMS grievances processes successfully across levels in partnership with business
Compensation & Benefits:
- Managing complete compensation and benefits process in partnership with business ensuring 100% process adherence & right compensation health across functions.
- Demystifying the black box around rewards through continuous business partnering for creating positive employee experience and strengthening retention of critical talent.
Employee Welfare & Recognition:
- Maintaining effective relations with staff across all hierarchical levels in the organization through continuous engagement initiatives such as role enrichments, feedback sessions & disciplinary proceedings.
- Empowering employees to voice their opinions / grievances through multiple forums for arriving at agreements.
