The Organisation is an established professional Organisation and leaders in Aero, Real Estate, Industrial units, IT parks, Logistics hub Construction sector based at Kolkotta.   As Business Development Manager - Industrial & Institutional, the incumbent:  - Takes responsibility for marketing and sales of real estate to organizations and institutions for setting up of Industrial units, Healthcare and Educational Institutions, IT Parks and Logistics hub in line with the Business Plan and targets assigned to him/her.   Responsibilities:  - Identifying, sourcing & negotiating with International, National & local Developers and investors who have potential and interest in investing in real estate at proposed town ship with respect to residential, Commercial/ retail   - Finalise sub -lease agreement with potential developers  - Negotiate JVs/ Joint Development Agreements with developers with various categories of development like residential, commercial/ retail  - Customer Relations Management (pre & post sales)  - Prepare and maintain records and reports regarding sales volumes, profitability, trends and other such reports which may be requested by the Management  Those having only experience in Real Estate/ residential / Retail / International Property Consultancy / Real Estate Joint Development may only apply within 7 days
