- Major Project Handled: Vehicle Integration of Heavy vehicles

- Create assembly drawings, including bill of materials and detailed drawings for prototype and manufacturing.

- Accountable for Wheel Loading Shovel and VAVE (Value Engineering & Analysis

- Instrumental in designing entire vehicle and selecting all the major vehicle aggregates

- Steered efforts in resolving line issues related to products (Wheel Loader)

- Essayed a stellar role in addressing service, field complaints & warranty related Issues

- Oversaw the vehicle sales special requirements

- Rendered guidance for FEA analysis

- Responsible for entire Vehicle, Carried out vehicle integration of axles, transmission, hydraulics, electrical, etc.

- Entrusted with the responsibility of designing Engine Cooling, Exhaust, Air Intake System & Hydraulic system but also exposed me to various international design best practices.

- Product In International Business from Engineering Side

- Resarch & Development of Tractor Export Model.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Project Engineer

- Vehicle system Integration

- Coordination with the all the project CFT of aggregate, cluster groups

- DMU Analysis & DMU issues resolution

- Benchmarking and technical performance target setting

- Front axle design

- Propeller Shaft Selection

- Exhaust system design

- Selection of tyres
