- Should have 10 years focused in area of customer service experience at a Management Consulting firm or
professional Services organization with significant exposure to one or more of the following areas.
- Partner with Customer Service Consulting teams across Geographies like NA, Europe and APAC to help in shaping and selling key client deals.
Familiarity with key technology platforms used to execute Customer Service functions in areas of Analytics, Service CRM, retail and field service enablement
- Strategy Definition and Operating Model Design
- Customer Segmentation, Treatment and Execution Methodologies
- Customer Service and Performance Analytics
- Customer Experience design and execution
- Service Channel strategy, design and execution
- Field and Retail Services
Requirements
1. Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Operations
2. Strong project management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and
geographies
3. Exposure to working in globally distributed workforce environment including offshore model
4. Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time
5. Strong academic background.
