Sr Manager - Credit/Debit Card Analytics

Lead the Credit / Debit Card Analytics function

- Serve as the credit / debit cards analytics expert spanning all aspects of monitoring and analyses related to new issuance, spend/portfolio management, and profitability.

- Lead various business analytics on credit / debit cards spend analysis, merchant category analysis, activation & activity rates, customer segmentation, targeting, campaigns, etc.

- Provide regular business performance monitoring and data-driven insights to senior management and credit card product team.

- Partner with and assist the product teams with necessary analytics in spend and other customer management programs.

- Conduct other adhoc analyses as needed.

- Lead a team of analyst(s) fostering a high performance culture.

- Bachelors degree in Business /Economics/ Finance /Engineering or other quantitative disciplines. Masters degree preferred.

- 6+ years of analytics experience preferably in Consumer Lending / Cards areas.

- Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills

- Knowledge of SAS/SQL

- Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader

- Strong communication skills ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences

- Tremendous drive towards results. Ability to persist against obstacles and get things done.
