Client:- A leading Business Conglomerate providing TPA (Third party administration) solutions to coprorates.
Position:- Sr. Manager.
Location:-Chennai/Mumbai/Delhi.
Desirable Qualification:-
- MBA preferred.
- Looking for employees of life insurance companies , Hospitals who have experience in selling corporate solutions.
- Health care preferred.
- Corporate selling experience (1-2 years at AM/TL grade, 5-8 years at Manager grade)
Job Profile:-
1. Developing and accomplishing lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets
2. Identifying the potential customers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
3. Coordinating with Sales support team to develop the pitch document or to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
4. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organisation
5. New and ongoing account management
6. To collect the market feedback on the product and ensure it is communicated to the product management
team.
7. To ensure customer relation management
Salary May go upto 10 lakhs/Annum.
