Manager/ Sr. Manager (Business HR) would help make policies, processes, Identify gaps in existing HR policies and contribute to the development of new HR policies and procedures. Consult and deliver new/amended policies and procedures into the business area.
Maintain detailed HR Analytics
MIS
Employee Reports/Attendance Systems Implementation
Track processes, projects.
Budget and Forecasting.
Support business area with disciplinary/grievances and other employee issues where specific business area knowledge is essential
Assist in confidential and senior management recruitment.
Handle Front End Communication with Top management/Leadership.
We require someone with a full time MBA in HR strictly from premier institute having experience of the above and ability to present to / interface with senior team as well.
Strong Leader ship qualities with Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills.
