Sr Manager - Core Treasury

Looking for a Senior Manager –Core Treasury for one of India's large retail-finance companies, having wide operating footprint in India with 200 branches across 21 states in the country, for their Mumbai location.

JOB PURPOSE

- Key responsibility includes managing the relationship with various DCM players like the Mutual Funds, Banks, Insurance Cos, Intermediaries etc. for the purpose of creating funding lines & mobilizing resources.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Raise funds through DCM instruments ~ KPIs - Amount raised / Cost of funds

- Maintain good and proactive relationships with Funds, Insurance Cos & banks

- Responsible Meeting the various data requirements of the Investors with Timeliness & Accuracy of the data

- Coordinate & complete the reporting requirements

- DCM participants

- Intermediaries

- Timely completion & compliance of the documentation process & related activities related to the Fund Raised.

- Accuracy & timely submission with limited escalations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from a top institute with an experience of 7 years

1. Chartered Accountant or a MBA Finance from a reputed institute with an experience of 7-10 years

2. Good knowledge about the debt capital market

3. At least 5 years in managing relationships with debt mutual funds, insurance companies etc

4. Should have experience in trading / investing in G-secs
