Sr Manager - Compliance

Job title: Sr. Manager Compliance

Reports to : Chief Compliance officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Compliance with SEBI, NSE BSE ,NSCCL CDSL, NSDL, AMFI rules and bye-laws.

- Comprehensive recording of transactions.

- Filing all mandated returns.

- Arranging periodic audit and submitting the reports to the regulatory authorities.

- Keeping in touch with latest circulars and disseminating the same with all concerned in the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience: -

- A graduate and a Qualified Chartered Accountant or Company secretary

- Must have an in depth knowledge of Securities market

- Experience of 5 + years in related field
