REQUIREMENT:
MBA- HR (Full Time)
8-12 Yrs experience, currently in Auto OEMs, with past experience in some Consulting Firm
OR 3-4 Yrs Experience (Out of 8-12 Yrs) in Consulting Firms providing Comp & Ben solutions to Auto Industry
JOB ROLE:
- Conduct Compensation and benefits practices study
- Market pricing of jobs, job family development, market analysis, loading of salary data into compensation tool
- Benchmark survey's & provide recommendations to countries/regions for Designing & re-structuring compensation packages
- Provide fitment for the new hires by proposing the compensation, band and job titles
- Compensation and benefits design and implementation, benefits policy design, new hire compensation evaluation.
- Competitive positioning with respect to the market in terms of compensation and benefits
- Setup the compensation and benefits sub-function
- Create an automated tool for performance evaluation and its linkage to Bonus and salary review
- Create a bonus payout model and tool for bonus fund allocation between departments and further to individuals
- Perform an extensive benefits analysis to identify the needs for benefits and prioritizing it
- The compensation benchmarking assignment will typically involve drawing job equivalences, consulting to organizations on choosing comparators for the purpose of benchmarking,
- Driving data-collection, in-depth analysis of data through different statistical techniques and subsequent reporting to the organization and presentations with recommendations to clients
- Responsible for policy formulation/ revision/recommendations, drafting compensation proposals for deputes, wage analysis and variable pay design
- Managed the project of setting up the compensation and benefits systems and all policies
- Carry out Compensation benchmarking exercise for individuals and designed and implemented Phased Compensation Plan to bridge the gap.
- Implement Job Evaluation and Grading system
- Restructured Compensation Packages across different employment-levels to make the salary structure more robust and to bring about greater post-tax benefit
