Job Description:
- Complete responsibility for the corporate HR function
- Complete responsibility for creating, driving and delivering a strategic, sustainable and scalable compensation framework
- Partners in the formulation of company policies and procedures
- Acting as a Project Manager, leading the implementation of local and some global initiatives using appropriate project management skills and resources
- Manage other HR personnel across multiple areas – Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Shared Services, Policies and global projects
- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall compensation strategy and will be a key point of contact for service lines and business managers on strategic compensation related matters.
- The incumbent will be responsible for HR operations activities and initiatives across locations.
- He / She will support the corporate HR function and will be responsible for drawing plans / making strategies to support the people service centers across locations.
- He / she will be responsible for initiating benchmarking studies basis
Experience : 7 – 12 years
