One of our clients, A leading Real Estate consulting company is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.   Sr.Manager- Commercial & Retail Sales   Job purpose :   - Primary responsibility will include developing and managing the Realty business in his region.   - Manage Commercial and Retail transactions as well as land transactions for his territory. This will involve liaising as well as outright transactions.   - Visiting Corporate's, institutions, retailers for generating demand.   - Corporate Marketing - to tap corporate client for generating deals.   - He/She has to define and achieve targets for himself and his territory.   - Going for site visits and closing deals.   - Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations   - Developing relationships with Builders and brokers to ensure tap supply.   - Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth co-ordination to ensure efficient and effective customer service.   - Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day today activity for ensuring proper documentation related to deal.   - Look after collection & receivable management.   - Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity of his team.   - Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.   - Manages relations with the Marketing team to ensure enough leads, generates own leads through the team & also ensures leads through references   Education & Experience :   - Preferably an MBA in Marketing/Finance with an inclination towards sales   - Should have 8+ years of work experience   - Must have at least 8 years of experience from the same industry   - Candidates from IPC's/ real estate commercial/retail broking background would be preferred   Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details   Premnath  Worksource Professional  Bangalore
