Sr Manager - Client Relationship

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Enhance Organizational effectiveness by setting up appropriate strategies, process improvement through innovative techniques resulting in increased productivity.

- Responsible for CRM, Service Delivery, Project Management & Business Analysis.

- Ensure the direct alignment between the business owners, their data and processes.

- Drive and own data quality standards for new and existing systems, Solutions and tools

- Drive Education, Escalation, Execution and Engagement with Field IT Business Relationship Managers to gather customers requirements.

- Provide insight and expertise on detailed data processes but understand and articulate the big picture and work with the Field IT partners to drive a strategy which optimizes the investment in Data.

- To identify and analyze internal client and partner business needs, and translate needs into business requirements and value-added solutions and solution roadmaps.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- 8+ Years of experience in leading transition of big projects onsite & in CRM.

- Ability to manage & deliver multiple projects at the same time.

- Exceptional communication, problem solving & cross-group collaboration skills.

- Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distill technology projects into understandable & compelling executive level presentations

- Excellent analysis & critical thinking skills

- Sound understanding Data Architecture, Data Quality, Data Validation, Meta Data and overall IT technology concepts.

- Solid project management skills, this includes experience managing projects within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a faced paced, unstructured environment.

- Experience with techniques such as use case analysis, data / process flow diagramming.

- Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean).Experience in PMI, Prince2 project management methodologies required.

- Experience in Lean methodology or Six Sigma technique will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 5 years of related experience in Project/Program management in Data
