We are currently looking for Sr.MANAGER- PROJECT COORDINATION for one of the leading PMC companies in the Power Sector for their upcoming RGGVY PROJECTS in India. The position is to be based in Head Office in Noida

Company Profile:

Our client is a STAR PERFORMER company with EPC, transformer designing and manufacturing capabilities.

The Company has undertaken Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") projects relating to construction of substations for transmission and distribution of electric power and erection and commissioning of transmission and distribution lines. In such power sector EPC projects besides supplying transformers, they also typically undertake designing, procurement, erection, testing and commissioning of sub-stations, along with operation and maintenance of such substations on a turn-key basis and erection and commissioning of transmission and distribution lines for setting up transmission and distribution electricity networks up to 400KV class.

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India has recognized his Company as a 'Star Export House'. The company has also been awarded "Star Performer Award" by the Engineering Exports Promotional Council of India for Fiscal 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and again Company has been awarded "Top Exporter Gold Trophy for the Year 2011-12 for medium Enterprise from EEPC India on 15th March 2013& thus bagging the prestigious award for 5th year in succession.

Job Profile:

- Central coordination for Project feasibility evaluation, Site identification, Project proposal preparation & Presentation to Management. Thorough & Comprehensive evaluation of the requisites for the Process PIDs, Layout preparation, Flow Balancing, detailed engineering.

- Drafting Project schedule, identification of internal & external resources for project Execution, appointment of Architects & Consultants. Statutory Approvals & Liasioning with Government agencies.

- Tracking Project Timelines, Budget control, Preparation of Technical Specifications, Ordering, Inspection, and Commissioning & Performance Validation.

- Project bottleneck identification & situation based decision making for the timely completion of projects. Resolving Vendor issues & site exigencies.

- Documentation for the correspondence, project progress, meeting records and statutory compliance.

- Conceptualizing the marketing thoughts & requirements. Leading the project management team for Development of new project, coordination with H.O. Investment estimates preparation, Proposal submission & obtaining project approvals.

- Ensures project completion in time and within budgeted cost -Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. -Implements engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. -Maintains complete project documentation with respect to design and construction -Monitors the progress of project and updates corporate office as frequently as required.

- Interact with local bodies, political parties to ensure smooth execution of the project.

- Capacity Expansion Planning & investment planning in close coordination with infrastructure team meet the Business Objectives .Investment Proposals for the Long term investment plan, EHS Compliance, Replacement etc.

- Setting & Rolling up of Project Objectives for multiple locations in line with the Business requirements & effective Communication of the same.

- Monitoring and controlling the overall Operating Costs & overheads by reviewing with the site.Review of plant machineries & Proposing for the write off & sale of unutilized assets.

- Technical Budget Presentation for Capex, Operating Costs, Overhead etc.

Qualification & Experience: BE/ BTech- Electrical with 12-18 yrs experience in Rural Electrification Power Projects and projects in Distribution and Transmission. Experience in RGGVY projects is desirable.

Location: Noida
