- Looking for people those current Compensation is more than 25 Lacs and should have experience in trade and channel marketing

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for designing and running channel partners loyalty / engagement program with an objective of business growth.

- Implementation of Channel Communication strategies to ensure improved efficiency, feedback, faster download of important information up to the last mile of channel.

- Responsible for various partner and sales engagement events conducted in HHP including FTS, Reward & Recognition Functions, Business Conferences & Meets at off side locations.

- Responsible to design & manage company's sales team motivation through a long term program. Complete design, roll out and implementation of RnR will be his responsibility.

- Strategy to create capability and communicate to 100 K retailers

- Lead the innovation on Channel engagement and business growth.

- Making channel & sales more efficient & engaged thereby leading to enhanced business growth.

- Is accountable for maximizing engagement at the Channel Partners & sales team level leading to increase in motivation & hence greater Sell Out

- Will be an interface between Samsung Head office and Channel Partner for all communications

- Seeks ways to maintain efficiency and quality of the channel communication while maintaining high level of reliability, robustness in the communication system

Knowledge:

- Broad understanding of overall business direction/ strategy; excellent knowledge of the product/ product group; good knowledge of channel management

Scope & Complexity:

- Ensures adherence and compliance to plans and procedures in day-to-day operations

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate degree

- MBA degree

Knowledge & Experience:

- 6 - 7 years of experience in selling / Sales Support +

- 3 - 4 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing

- Channel Management & Expansion knowledge

- Channel & Sales Performance Analysis

- Excellent Relationship Management & Cross Functional skills

- Ability to work under pressure and motivate

- Highly Motivated, with positive attitude

- Excellent Result orientation skills
