Sr. Manager - BP&A

The jobholder will work closely with the VP – BP & A to end to end manage distribution channel in term of budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cost control measures.

Main Priorities:

- Participate in annual budgeting exercise for development of budgets (AOP) in term of validating various assumptions taken in planning template & population of budget templates

- Creation/update of regular MIS dashboards/reports for circulation to departments/CEO/CFO

- Creation/update of Regional P/L

- Cost Benefit Analysis for proposals and closing it after discussion with user departments.

- Running simulation on actual data for impact analysis/what-if analysis for various policy level changes related to incentives/bonus/rewards

- Validation of monthly provisions submitted by departments for correct cost booking in books

- Creating presentation for distribution channels for review meetings to show case performance and putting put BP&A views on the performance

- Assist management in term of supplying distribution channel related data in case of business review meeting

- Take one yellow/green belt project for cost control/ reporting enhancement per quarter
