Sr Manager - Business Excellence - Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt - Insurance

Salary offered: 11 - 13 LPA

- Being a change agent, drive culture of excellence in the organization, coaching and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools

- Create a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management, data driven decision making, continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives

- Formulate a policy for employing of methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, Lean- Sigma, Business Excellence etc with specific milestones and corresponding deployment plan in order to create a strong base on which the Operations functions will work towards achieving its goals.

- Conceptualize & develop the road map keeping exiting strength & opportunities at core

- Management approval outlining the clear the expectations with resources

- Creating awareness about the importance of these initiatives so as to get buy-in and acceptance

- Organised training sessions, workshops for critical buy-in for Operations

- Develop a persistent communication drive by highlighting the achievements & outcomes

- Develop an intranet portal to educate & inform employee regarding useful quality & information which help them to execute their job in an improved manner

- Device a suitable reward & recognition mechanism to keep employees involved and motivated

- Drive Business Priority Projects with specific deliverable and timelines in order to achieve desired business results across the Operations function.

- Identify projects and implement improvement initiatives using techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma that results in faster, better services

- Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects

- Maintain project performance measures on a regular basis to report to leadership on project status as required

Process re engineering : Analyse and design workflows and business processes within CO to help CO fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to dramatically improve customer service, cut operational costs, and become world-class competitors, to help radically restructure by focusing on the ground-up design of its business processes, emphasize a holistic focus on business objectives and how processes related to them, encouraging full-scale recreation of processes rather than iterative optimization of sub-processes
