Qualification : Management Graduate from a Tier 1 MBA Institute e.g. IIM, IIT,FMS,IMT,NITIE,NMIMS,XLRI,SP Jain, Jamnalal Bajaj ,KJ Somaiya ,XIMB,SIBM,SCMHRD,ISB etc

Must be involved in BRANDING - ATL & Digital Marketing space with leading FMCG/FMCD or excellent brands.

JOB Description

Purpose of the Job

- To support development and rollout of communication for circles

- To be the brand custodian for circles

- Ensure consistency at the circle level as per the defined Visual Identity of the brand

- Dissemination of brand guidelines to the circle and internal teams.

- Review the circle initiatives on product communication at all customer touch points

- Responsibility of the image bank for BTL creative development support for businesses

Timelines for campaign execution –

- Due to hyper competition in the telecom category, we need to operate on stringent ‘go to market’ timelines. To overcome this, the incumbent needs to effectively monitor the project & ensure timely delivery of creatives from the agency to the media house and circle teams for deployment.

- Uniform implementation of national initiatives across circles – briefing circle teams, monitoring implementation and compliance through regular reviews and circle visits.

- Influencing key stakeholders to develop communication in line with brand guidelines
