Job Title : Senior Manager

Business Unit : Learning Solutions Sales

Team Size : None

Reporting to : Regional Manager

Business Development:

- New Customer Acquisition.

- Key Account management to ensure continued business from existing accounts

- Responsible to achieve and exceed the top line and bottom line numbers for the entire country across by sales on LS products and client management.

- Achieve budgeted revenue and sales through LS products viz. customized training, Conferences, customized events, Certifications, Content, etc.

- Achieve revenue through new client acquisition and existing client mining.

- Daily Sales Management/tracking and reporting

- Assist Head in Monitoring performance of sales team against budgets.

- Tracking competitor activity to ensure that the teams are always updated with new developments.

- Credit control by collecting the outstanding payments.

- Coordinate with operations, faculty, execution team, etc to ensure smooth delivery.

- Understand the economic trends thereby contributing to the LS strategy.

Operations:

- Ensure that the sales teamwork in tandem with the operations to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.

- Ensure process adherence at all times and error free timely delivery of projects.

- Ensure optimum utilization of availed resources.

- Monitoring and Reviewing Funnel of the team.

- Maintain AR’s below pre agreed timelines.

People Management:

- Coaching and mentoring the team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Identifying the training needs of associates in the teams.

- Performance Manage the team to ensure that star performers are recognized and rewarded appropriately.

- Training and development of new associates inducted in the system to ensure the learning curve is shortened.

- To create second line of leadership.

- To identify the bottom quartile in each team and ensure sustained improvement in their performance over a period. .

Key Requirements:

- MBA or any post graduation with relevant experience of minimum 8 year in business development.

- Achieving bottom top line targets as per assigned budgets for self and team.

- Ensuring Employee Engagement is maintained at all times.

- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.

- Energized by a highly demanding and result oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.

- Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.

- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.

- Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Primary External Interactions:

- Senior Marketing Managers & Product Heads at Banks, MNCs, and Corporates

Primary Internal Interactions:

- Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Proven selling skills, especially handling key accounts.

- Strong Communication and Presentation skills.

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Market Intelligence

Candidates should have experience in Sponsorship of B2B Corporate events.
