We have been retained by a Leading NBFC to hire Senior Manager/AVP-Talent Acquisition to based at Mumbai.

Role Purpose :

- Build recruitment strategy to acquire talent through cost effective & sustainability sources

- Implementation of recruitment portal to increase ease of hiring and better process flow

- Vendor Management – Relationship handling, payouts, communications and empanelment

Education: MBA- 6+ Years Experience into Talent Acquisition.

Industry : NBFC/Banking/Insurance/Telecom etc.
