Position: Sr Manager/AVP-HR Business Partner

Role:

- The position is at a Leading Global Financial Services Giant

- To be the HR business partner for the global banking and investment banking operations group at the organisation

- Work on various aspects of HR like Employee Engagement, Performance Management, OD etc.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR)

- 8-10 yrs of experience as an HR business partner in banking/ banking captive or a financial services organisations

- Should have handled various areas of HR including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, OD etc.
