Job responsibilities:

1. Should have clear understanding of entire gamut of HR.

2. Candidates from ITEs & IT sector.

3. Managing end to end generalist activities including employee engagement, employee relations, succession planning, grievance handling and recruitment.

4. Heading HR Generalist and Recruitment.
