Sr Manager/AVP - Comp & Benefits - BFSI

Urgently looking for Senior Manager/AVP - Compensation and benefits with 8-10 year of experience

Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon

Position: Senior Manager/AVP - Compensation and benefits

CTC: 30-35 Lakh

Main Requirement :

1.Preferably someone with a whole rounded experience in HR and C&B, should have handled end to end C&B programs.

2. Must have involved into benchmarking, analyzing different Indian Industries.

2. Should be very strong in comp products background like pension plans, Insurance benefits, assets program and the likes, in-depth knowledge of comp products, legal angles, and implementation experience would be helpful

Qualification Required:

- 8- 10 years of experience in C&B .

- Financial services background preferred

- Stake holder interaction and working for a Global MNC (mandatory)
