About our Client - Our clients is one of the largest global Banks with demonstrated strengths across Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking and Investment Banking. They are looking for a AVP- Co branded cards strategy (Analytics) and will be reporting in to the VP/Director. The AVP will be responsible for managing the largest co branded cards portfolio for the bank . The co- branded cards are issued to major retail and apparel giants based out of USA.
Job Description :
- As an AVP, you would be managing the entire customer life cycle for the co branded cards portfolio for multiple apparel giants based out of US in terms of customer acquisition, on boarding, loyalty management and cross/up sell strategies.
Business/Department Objectives :
- Manage the co branded cards for US retail giants in terms of marketing analytics, cross/up sell analytics
- Drive organizational development initiatives Schedule, prioritize & Manage the entire Campaign Life cycle from the Business side Customer Acquisition, Onboarding, Value Management and Retention
The Successful Candidate - The Successful Applicant Education :
- Masters in a numerate subject such as Mathematics, Operational Research, Business Administration, Economics Experience:
- 7-10 years of exposure to Financial Services or Retail Set up Candidate Experience in any of the following domain will be a plus point:
- Credit Cards, Co Branded Cards
Analytical Skills :
- Proficient in formulating analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data Business impact analysis
Skills :
- In-depth understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management within the financial services domain (Cards, Retail Bank, Mortgage, Lending/Liability Product)
