- Need someone local from Pune or resources who have managed Pune region from Mumbai and are ready to relocate to Pune.

- The candidate must have good developer connects in the Pune market.

- We do not want candidates who have worked with real estate developers. Its a strict no

- We need someone who has worked with NBFC/ Banks and other financial institutions who have dealt with builder/ developer lobby and have been in transactions with them.

- No Junior resources

- Should be adept at proposal building, Valuations, Financial modelling
