Sr Manager/AVP - Agri Business Banking

Assist in analysing the credit worthiness of the borrower. Raising critical risk queries, exercising adequate due diligence including market intelligence, customer interview, Plant visits ensuring quick turnaround and quality of CAM.

- Maintaining quality of loan proposal documents

- Managing loan portfolio with respect to credit rating/quality, industry concentration, granularity, secured/unsecured, timely identification of warning signals, timely renewal, timely review of stressed / adversely labeled accounts and recommend strategy to reduce / exit accounts

- Develop industry specific knowledge and develop/maintain database pertaining to same.

- Formulating credit policies.

- Take lead in new initiatives like Agri products, policies & processes etc.

- Develop understanding of various pertinent regulations

Key Skills:

- In depth knowledge of credit evaluation

- Proactive: Ability to understand impact of changing environment on various companies

- Understanding of credit ratings

- Interpersonal skills. Should be able to maintain independence of views while maintaining relationships with business banking managers

- Team player/manager

- Knowledge of key industries is a must
