Job description:
- The Customer Analytics team is part of the Marketing Department.
- It caters to the various Analytics requirements of the Organisation
- The scope consists of Core Business Analytics , Campaign Analytics , Campaign Management, Statistical Modelling , Dashboards , Database Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attains extensive knowledge of Business Verticals and internalises the Learnings.
- Leads Customer Analytics Project engagements end-to-end, including implementation.
- Responsible for multiple Studies.
- Develops and applies new ways of solving Organisational Business problems.
- Manages Analytics Client relationships.
- Ensures Project Archival and Documentation by Team Members
- Grooms, provides Trainings, and mentors junior Team Members.
- Helps in Hiring, growing talent, and in Performance Management.
- Responsible for taking the Analytics Team to the next level.
