Senior Manager -Analytics

Role:

- Responsible for understanding clients' business problems and defining the analytical approach to solving them.

- Provide expertise and guidance in the translation of business challenges into analytical problems.

- Ability to conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operational data-based insights to business

- Ability to solve business problems with quantitative analysis, ability to translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations

- Working with the project team to ensure that your inputs will drive the execution aspects of the solution

- Develops and builds relationship with existing and new clients

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Electronics/Telecomunication) AND (PG - M.A - Economics, Maths, Statistics, M.Sc, MBA/PGDM)

- Responsible for understanding clients' business problems and defining the analytical approach to solving them.

- Provide expertise and guidance in the translation of business challenges into analytical problems.

- Ability to conceptualize the analytical methodology for business problems, provide strategic and operational data-based insights to business

- Ability to solve business problems with quantitative analysis, ability to translate statistical/mathematical results into business recommendations

- Working with the project team to ensure that your inputs will drive the execution aspects of the solution

- Develops and builds relationship with existing and new clients

- Take leadership role in the development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline department functions.

- Lead, help and guide the team in day-to-day analyses to meet the business goals.

- Introduce new processes, best practices to streamline the work flow and improve team productivity.

- Act as a single point contact between the client, teams and management & independently interface with clients

- Being part of sales presentations and contributing to PFP’s/RFI’s

- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.

- Lead a role in attracting, retaining, appraising and developing staff

- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship

- Contributes towards collateral development

- Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought

- Ability to pay attention to detail

- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Ensures that team has a common vision, sense of purpose, and understanding of how their individual work contributes to the larger purpose

- Establishing effective interpersonal relationships with clients, team members and internal professional staff

- Should be able to serve as a role model to the team both professionally and personally

- Flexibility to work across time zones

- Team player with excellent people management skills & experience in managing multiple full scale projects.

- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.

- Guiding and mentoring analysts on techniques, tools, project methodology and professional issues.

- Takes responsibility for leading initiatives

- Takes time to interview, train, conduct performance reviews and define career paths for team members for their development through formal and informal trainings.

- Participates in formal people development activities

- Have and maintain an up to date knowledge and awareness of business issues.

- Being part of building collaterals and thereby being able to win new business from existing and new clients

- Being able to communicate difficult message to the client with persuasiveness and sensitivity so that delivery and business is not impacted.
