- Client visit to develop/maintain the relationship.

- Develop/Increase the volume of business.

- Filing quotation to branches (western reasons) for Air Export/Air Import quarries.

- Filing quotation to customer (Shipper/ Sub Agents/Overseas Offices)

- Rate negotiation with carriers.

- Co ordination with clients as well airlines.

- Meetings with Airlines.

- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction in terms of prompt response on query
