Sr. Manager / AGM

Role and Responsibilities

- To set up a chain of dealers and distributors to serve as channel partners for the Company. To manage the Company's channel partners in their respective regions. To sell the Company's products through the dealers and distributors.

- Revenue targets as set by the Head of Sales. By end FY 2013 to have a strong dealer and distributor network.

- To develop a business proposition to attract dealers and distributors to sell the Company's products.

- To coordinate with the retail branch managers, for support in identifying dealers / distributors.

- To identify and appoint distributors in the necessary areas.

- To ensure that there is a consistent sale with each distributor and dealer, dealer counter.

- To plan and conduct activities with dealers to promote secondary sales like electrician meets, consultant meets, etc.

- Handsome experience in appointing distributors and dealers.

- A real self-starter, able to take initiative and operate independently. Strong commercial understanding and ability to negotiate effectively with distributors and dealers.

- Can present himself well and properly represent the company. Aggressive sales management with a strong record of exceeding sales targets

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduation in any stream, MBA preferred though not a compulsion.
