Designation : SM – Human Resources

Location : Hosur

Experience : 14 to 16 years

Age : Around 35 years

Education : PG in Social Works (or) Business Administration.

Functional Knowledge : Recruitment / Training / OD Initiatives

Industry Type : Engineering / Auto Ancillary.

Manufacturing systems exposure : TPM / TQM / Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.

QMS Certification exposure : TS16949 / ISO 9000.

Language Skills : Good communication in English and knowledge in Tamil.

Potential : Should have potential to coordinate and get things done with-in the given timeframe .

Job Description :

1. Responsible for the Divisional HR activities for the allocated division.

2. Provide support and direction to Unit personnel to meet the targets on Recruitment (E0 to E7 levels), Making of Unit Training Calendar in line with TS16949 and Corporate Training Calendar.

3. Mentoring – Ensure monthly meetings adherence, diary maintenance, reporting any issues among mentoring partners, facilitate allocation of mentors / mentees, arrange orientation program on mentoring and coordinating mentoring training programs.

4. Tracking PMS - Half yearly and annual appraisal completion, analysis of PMS data.

5. Maintenance of MIS for the division.

6. Lead and direct GET’s & MT’s to meet the objective and induct in the system.

7. Training – compliance and completion of Training need identification, coordinate training as per training calendar and ensure the training diaries & evaluation is done on time.

8. To make regular employee connect , to ensure having a clear employee retention strategy and reduce attrition.

9. Recruitment – sourcing and coordination of Interviews for Managers & above.

10. To be a nodal point for Inclusivity program.

11. To ensure the Mentoring process is followed, by way of regular follow-up on the meeting adherence and filling-in of mentoring diary by respective mentor-mentee.

- Hands on experience in training activities

- Must have clean work ethics and high integrity

- Should possess excellent communication skills and assertiveness
