Sr Manager/AGM - Finance & Accounts - IT

Company: Our client is a software product company based out of New Delhi near Gurgaon Delhi Border.

Key Responsibility Areas: Oversee and maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate posting / recording of the financial transactions and processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures in Knowcross, complying with statutory laws, regulations and accounting standards

Role:

- Review and verify the accuracy of the journal entries and accounting classifications

- Preparations of Monthly and quarterly Balance sheet / P & L schedules as per corporate requirements

- Review accounts payable & payroll and ensure timely payment to Vendors/ Employees

- Preparation of monthly cash flow, and fund management

- Co-ordinate with the auditors – statutory, internal, audits, tax audit, etc.

- Ensure compliance of all statutory provisions under the relevant laws

- Maintenance of fixed asset register and Annual physical verification of assets

Experience:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience

- Familiarity with the provisions of TDS, service tax, VAT, PF PT, Customs, STPI rules etc.

- Good knowledge of India taxation – direct and indirect taxes

- Audit Experience

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and other ERP software

Qualification:

- CA or CA inter
