Sr Manager/AGM - Finance & Accounts

Our client is a leading Investment and a Financial Advisory Company. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Manager/AGM Finance and Accounts

Your job responsibilities will be:

- Account Finalization, Statutory compliance, Taxation, Audit etc

The detailed job description is as below:

- Responsible for Financial Accounting, Auditing and Statutory Compliances

- Preparation of Cash Flow Forecasts, Investment Model etc.

- Monitoring and preparing Fund flow on regular basis.

- Preparing the Investment plan.

- Ensuring Compliance with the Sanction Terms

- Keep track of Financial Arrangements

- Reports to Management based on Remittance, Cash flow forecast and Treasury report.

- Responsible for entire finance activity

- Responsible for Financial Reviews and all forms of reporting

- Monitoring and Interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.

- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans

- The Candidate should be a CA + CS with work experience in Accountancy/Audit

- Candidate should have good team handling skills.

- The Candidate will report to Director Finance and will have to manage a team of at least 5 members
