Sr Manager/AGM - BD/Marketing

Job Responsibilities -

- Development of Pricing strategy

- Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will create and implement marketing strategy in a relevant and compelling way

- Commercial Strategy –(a) Entry into markets , (b) Identifying new markets

- Building relationship with large customers, Bulk selling of Mandays

- Realization of Mandays Rate /Yield

- Joint Offerings/Co Branding

- Responsible for Budgets

- Monitor BDMs/Commercial Executive

- Sending Quotes/Maintaining MIS of Proposal/Collections

- Identifying suitable partners for MOUs

- Spot opportunities for acquisition

- Strong financial and commercial acumen

- Will be responsible for the entire Marketing Function of the Company

- Establish marketing plan, target setting and measurement

- Identify new opportunities in various markets and accelerate customer acquisition

- Brand building and management

- Collaborate with other team leaders and support strategic business needs and initiatives of the organization
