Sr Manager/AGM - Ad Sales

Designation : AGM /SR MGR AD SALES

Reporting to : Head Ad Sales

Direct Reports : 4-6 People

Location : Delhi & Mumbai

Number of Positions : 2 ( 1 Mumbai , 1 Delhi)

Exp : MBA With 7-10 Yrs of Exp ( at least 4 yrs in ad sales)

- Be able to sell in a multi platform environment and create customized product solutions to generate additional revenue streams.

- Increase Ad spends from existing clients and expand client base, develop new categories of advertisers

- Contribution to generating sponsorship revenues

- Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to attain organizational objectives.

- Build, motivate and develop excellence in a multi-departmental matrix structure team environment.

- Create an environment that promotes both a creative and business orientation in all staff.

- Manage the pricing strategy and discounting
