Job Purpose:  - To transition, stabilise and improvise record to report activities of operating entities of the group that fall under the Management Accounting COE and ensure delivery of relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial management information to stakeholders.  Principal Accountability:  - Project Management: Ensure successful migration of processes, stabilize and improve them to ensure efficiencies in delivery to stakeholders  - SLA Management : Ensure adherence to the agreed SLA with the stakeholders for all management accounting operations  - Review and assist in preparation of deliverables as agreed with the stakeholders  - Continuous Improvement : Provide necessary due diligence (governance) in reviewing financial statements and driving continuous improvement projects for improved reporting to the Group  - People Management: Build, develop and retain capabilities within the team to achieve the stated goals  - Create processes around effective knowledge management within the team to ensure a culture of continuous learning and self-development  - Framework & Boundaries: Delivery as per agreed and defined operating standards  - IFRS, local entity GAAP & accounting concepts & practices   - Excellence in Principle Accountabilities : Create, implement and standardize processes across operating entities to increase efficiency, transparency and accuracy of reporting of financial information.  - Stakeholder Management: Be able to drive and influence the relationship with the stakeholder with his/her technical and inter personal capabilities with a view to help in enhancing the existing processes/ results  Relationships:  - Subordinates - Day to day interaction with DRs to provide advice on exceptions  - Weekly interactions with DRs to review BAU  - Monthly interactions with all team members to review BAU & performance  - Superiors - Day to Day interaction with reporting authorities to provide update on progress  - Fortnightly interaction with the CEO for updates on projects and objectives  - Others: Monthly interaction with stakeholders (CFO/FD) to obtain feedback and consult / update on changes if any.  Education:  Essential: Chartered Accountant, Accounting degree (like CPA,CIMA,ACCA etc)  Desired: Diploma in IFRS  Experience:  - 10 - 12 years of experience in finance and accounting functions  - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience of record to reporting handling a team size of atleast 10 team members.   Desired: Worked in off shoring & managing F&A Transitions in Insurance domain.  Knowledge: IFRS, Accounting & Reporting, Costing, UK GAAP.
