Senior Manager

Reports to:

Director - Legal & Regulatory

Location:

Malad, Mumbai

Core Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinating with business development team and providing them all legal help (advise / documentation) in relation to their clients like DTH, IPTV, Hotels & Commercial Establishment.

- Drafting of Agreements, MOUs, addendums, instruments, deeds, notices, letters etc.

- Co-ordinating with business and helping them with their requirements on legal aspects

- Collation of documentation and details for defending litigation, initiating legal proceedings and support the litigation activites

- Drafting of response to notices, petitions, replies, rejoinders, etc.

- Interacting with Law Firms

- Ensure compliance with TRAI regulation

- Coordination with internal staff and making them aware about the legal compliances

- Conducting research on Case Laws and Regulatory affairs

- Legal MIS preparation and reporting
