Sr Legal Executive - FMCG/Pharma

JOB ROLE : --

Meeting Compliances :

a) Handling of Board and Committee Meetings – pre and post meeting compliances

b) Handling of Shareholder Meetings – pre and post meeting compliances

c) Drafting of resolutions and minutes of meetings.

Secretarial Compliances and Investor Relations :

a) Dealing with Share Transfer Agents, practising Company Secretaries and other authorities like ROC, Stock Exchanges, SEBI.

b) Complying Listing and SEBI guidelines

c) Handling investor grievances

Other Activities :

a) All compliances under Companies Act, 1956

b) Filing of E-forms with MCA

Qualification -- CS + LLB is required
