Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle  - Candidate should have overall 7+ years of recruitment experience including years of experience in ATG hiring  - Sound understanding of recruitment best practice tools, portals, and methodologies ( e.g. job profiling, sourcing, selection, competitor mapping, head hunting and assessment )  - Excellent communication skills written and verbal communication in English  - Excellent collaboration skills, able to maintain positive long-term relations with candidates and internal departments  - Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates from marketplace in a cost effective manner  - Locate, establish, and qualify passive candidates outside the Internet Job Boards  - Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent  - Build and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders to provide a proactive exceptional customer service and ensure a positive image and awareness of the company is promoted at all times. This will include working with the HR Team to understand and manage succession planning of all divisions  - Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview  - Have a good understanding of the candidate markets for areas of responsibility to provide guidance to the business/stakeholders on demographics and sourcing strategies  - Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools  - Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology  - Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone / Skype  - Negotiate employment offers  - Manage Recruitment budget  - Constantly communicate with Management and Business Development team to meet current and future recruiting needs Provide tips and leads to both sales and management for future account development.  - Produce weekly hiring report and consolidated year to date hiring report  - Actively partner with business to identify talent pool and grow future successors and consider gaps when hiring  - Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends ( e.g. new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes )
