Functional Skills required:

- End user interactions, Market Research and Requirement Gathering and Analysis, SLA definition

- SOW documentation and understanding

- Use Case Diagram, UML, SRS, BRD, FSD, BPM

- Functional and Nonfunctional Requirement documentation

- UI Mockups designing in Paint, Visio or any other tools

- User Role Access Control Matrix

- BI analytics and Reporting

- User Manual and Quick Reference guide

- Use Case scenario, Test Cases and Traceability Matrix

- Project Management and Stake holder review meeting

- Data Analysis and Mining

- Excellent Inter personal communication and Management skills

Technical Skills required:

- MS Visio, Excel, Word, Paint, PPT

- UML – Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram

- HL7 Interpretability

- Windows XP, Windows 7

- Photo Shop, HTML

Core Functional Knowledge:

- Understanding of US healthcare space – Both Payer and Provider

- Aware of HITECH and ARRA reform acts

- Integrating with multiple EMR or Health Plans or TPA

- Care and Case Management

- Quality Measure Reporting – Work experience in HEDIS (NCQA guidelines) and PRQS

- Understanding of US Healthcare Financial and Utilization metrics

- Work experience around Accountable Care Organization

- Experience and understanding of EDI 837/835/834 was maintained in accordance with the HIPAA guidelines.

- Knowledge of HL7 messaging and ETL

- ICD codification – 9/10

- CPT codes, LOINC, SNOMED knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Client Interaction to understand their requirements

- Analysis of the requirement and documentation

- Stakeholder expectation management

- Review of milestones and development schedule

- Testing of major functionalities with QA

- Client demo and UAT

- Implementation
