Sr Image Manager - PR (National Network) @ New Delhi, India  Our client is a leading PR Agency and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Sr Image Manager - PR (National Network) @ New Delhi, India  Education : Post Graduation - Public Relations, Journalism, Management and Communications  Experience : 7-8 Years  Location : New Delhi  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile:  - Role involves Media management, Client servicing for outstation clients.   - Supervision of proactive creation of plans for clients of national importance or for special events to be organized in North & East zone.   - Crisis management and working on crisis in your respective market.   - Developing and supervising a crisis team with members who can deliver media networks at the desk, senior editors, etc including branch head.   - Meeting with clients visiting the zone, and being part of events and monitoring and supervising team’s delivery.  - Daily meetings to outline tasks for the day to all team members.   - Monthly presentations by local representatives on nuances of media in each market. Weekly meetings to discuss changes in media / publications/ difficulties faced across media.   - Quarterly presentations on database update and management, media advisory notes per market, key relationships developed. Being present as an advisory at senior meetings and important client activities.   - Training and development for managers : how to write pitch notes to the media, what are media looking for, how to write press releases, how to know more about your client, managing a client when he or she visits Delhi NCR.  - A candidate coming from client side should ideally be handling PR agency, media relations, digital media, and managing teams.   - A candidate coming from agency side should have good hold of media relations, good experience of managing teams.   - Candidate should be exposed to B2B business, B2C will also help.
